Dr Neale has been a member of the clergy and spiritual leader for over 20 years. He is currently the academic coordinator or the West Indies School of Theology (WIST) Barbados, a Lecturer and Chairman of the Administrative Board of the Barbados campus and a member of the Board of Directors of the school. He holds a Masters of Letters in Family Life Education and a PHD in integration of religion and society from Oxford graduate school. He is also a member of the Oxford society of scholars. He is passionate about academic coaching and providing that support to students in areas ranging from time management and goal setting to synthesizing research and professional development.
Mrs. Dale Neale holds a Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management and worked previously in a managerial position in a leading Company in Barbados. In June 2009, Dale became a certified practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) testing, in steps 1&2, through the American Management Association (AMA) in New York. One of her many functions was to provide travel management services to Government and Corporate travellers. She successfully championed the process for that company to achieve the excellence award in tourism services. Mrs. Neale travelled extensively over the years escorting groups to places such as Dubai, Panama, Israel, to name a few. This has allowed her to interface with and appreciate the diversity of service and product expectations of individuals and groups of those who travel for business or pleasure.
